摘要
目的分析两种药物雾化吸入方式对小儿毛细支气管炎治疗的效果。方法选择2018年2月至2019年2月来我院进行治疗的小儿毛细支气管炎20例作为观察组,另外选择同期来我院进行治疗的小儿毛细支气管炎20例患儿作为对照组,对照组单纯选择布地奈德进行雾化吸入治疗,观察组选择布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗,比较治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率为95.00%(19/20),对照组为60.00%(12/20),P<0.05;观察组的并发症发生率为5.00%(1/20),对照组为30.00%(6/20),P<0.05;对两组患儿的呼吸困难、喘息症状、咳嗽症状、肺部哮鸣音等缓解时间进行比较,观察组明显优于对照组,P<0.05,差异存在统计学意义。结论通过布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇以雾化吸入的治疗方式对小儿毛细支气管炎进行治疗可以有效提高治疗有效率,降低并发症对患儿的影响,同时能够帮助患儿促进相关临床症状的缓解,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of two drugs inhalation on the treatment of children with bronchiolitis.Methods Twenty patients with pediatric bronchiolitis who were treated in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the observation group.In addition,20 children with bronchiolitis in our hospital were selected as the control group and the control group.The budesonide was selected for aerosol inhalation treatment.The observation group selected budesonide combined with salbutamol aerosol inhalation treatment to compare the therapeutic effects.Results The effective rate was 95.00%(19/20)in the observation group and 60.00%(12/20)in the control group,P<0.05.The complication rate in the observation group was 5.00%(1/20),and the control group was 30.00%(6/20),P<0.05;the dyspnea,wheezing symptoms,cough symptoms,lung wheezing and other remission time were compared between the two groups.The observation group was significantly better than the control group,P<0.05,the difference There is statistical significance.Conclusion The treatment of bronchiolitis in children by budesonide combined with salbutamol in the form of nebulized inhalation can effectively improve the treatment efficiency,reduce the impact of complications on children,and help children to promote the relief of related clinical symptoms promotion.
