摘要
目的分析妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退对产科合并症及新生儿的影响评价。方法选择我院2017年1月至2018年10月收治的65例妊娠并甲状腺功能减退且未接受治疗的女性为研究1组,65例妊娠并甲状腺功能减退治疗患者为研究2组,再选择同时间段内65例正常状态健康妊娠女性为参照组,对三组对象的妊娠情况以及新生儿结局进行分析。结果研究1组与研究2组对象的不良妊娠情况要多于参照组,且两组研究组对象的不良新生儿结局也要多于参照组,相关数据对比后差异存在明显意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠并甲状腺功能减退症会导致不良妊娠情况增多,并且对于新生儿的影响也会较为明显,医师需要对这一情况进行切实分析,以保证妊娠并甲状腺功能减退症对象的妊娠安全。
Objective To analyze the impact of pregnancy complicated with hypothyroidism on obstetric complications and neonates.Methods 65 cases of pregnant women with hypothyroidism and untreated women admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 were selected as study group 1,65 cases of pregnant women with hypothyroidism were selected as study group 2,and 65 normal pregnant women were selected as reference group during the same period of time.The pregnancy and neonatal outcomes of the three groups were analyzed.Results The adverse pregnancy of the subjects in study group 1 and study group 2 were more than that of the reference group,and the adverse neonatal outcomes of the subjects in study group 1 and study group 2 were also more than that of the reference group,with significant difference after the comparison of relevant data(P<0.05).Conclusion Pregnancy complicated with hypothyroidism will lead to an increase of adverse pregnancy and obvious influence on newborns.Doctors need to make a practical analysis of this situation to ensure the pregnancy safety of the pregnancy complicated with hypothyroidism.
