摘要
目的探究在急性感染性发热患者诊断中运用血液化验的临床价值。方法选取在2018年6月至2019年10月本院收治的90例急性感染性发热患者,其中细菌感染、病毒感染例数分别为65例、25例,对全部患者实施血清降钙素原检测、血清C-反应蛋白检查和血常规检查,对比单纯血清降钙素原检测、血清C-反应蛋白检查、血常规检查和联合检测的诊断结果情况。结果单纯血清降钙素原检测、血清C-反应蛋白检查、血常规检查的阳性检出率分别为52.22%、51.11%及48.89%,与上述单一检测相比,联合检测的阳性检出率(83.33%)较高(P<0.05),而三种检测方法的阳性检出率差异不存在统计学意义(P>0.05);通过血清降钙素原检测、血清C-反应蛋白检查、血常规检查发现,与病毒感染患者相比,细菌感染患者的相关指标水平均较高(P<0.05)。结论针对细菌感染性疾病来说,血清降钙素原检测、血清C-反应蛋白检查、血常规检查均可以作为其血清标志物,在急性感染性发展患者诊断中通过上述三种方式联合检测能够有效提高阳性检出率,实现对患者疾病的准确诊断,联合检测的临床意义十分重要。
Objective To explore the clinical value of blood test in the diagnosis of patients with acute infectious fever.Methods Ninety patients with acute infectious fever treated in our hospital from June 2018 to October 2019 were selected.Among them,65 were bacterial infections and 25 were viral infections.Procalcitonin was administered to all patients.The results of tests,serum C-reactive protein tests,and blood routine tests were compared with those of pure procalcitonin test,serum C-reactive protein test,blood routine test,and combined test.Results The positive detection rates of pure procalcitonin test,serum C-reactive protein test,and routine blood test were 52.22%,51.11%,and 48.89%,respectively.Compared with the single test,the positive detection rate of the combined test was(83.33%)was high(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in the positive detection rates of the three detection methods(P>0.05);the serum procalcitonin test,serum C-reactive protein test,blood Routine examination found that compared with patients with viral infection,the levels of relevant indicators in patients with bacterial infection were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion For bacterial infectious diseases,serum procalcitonin test,serum C-reactive protein test,and blood routine test can be used as its serum markers.In the diagnosis of patients with acute infectious development,they can be tested by the three methods mentioned above.It can effectively improve the positive detection rate and achieve accurate diagnosis of patients’diseases.The clinical significance of combined detection is very important.
