摘要
目的分析利伐沙班用于心房颤动导管消融术后抗凝治疗的有效性及安全性。方法选取于我院接受导管消融术治疗的74例心房颤动患者进行研究,选取时间为2018年1月至2019年1月,随机将患者分为对照组(37例)、观察组(37例),对照组患者在术后接受华法林进行抗凝,观察组患者在术后接受利伐沙班进行抗凝,观察两组患者的出血情况发生率、治疗前后INR和短暂性缺血、外周栓塞、缺血性脑病等不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者在治疗期间的出血发生率为5.41%,明显低于对照组患者的出血发生率,数据差异显著,P<0.05;治疗后,两组患者的INR均较治疗前升高,且观察组患者的INR为(2.63±0.25),高于对照组的(1.91±0.17),差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组患者在治疗期间不良反应发生率为2.70%,与对照组患者治疗期间不良反应的发生率对比,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论心房颤动在导管消融术后接受利伐沙班进行抗凝,可以有效减少不良反应和出血情况的出现,并且可以改善患者的INR,值得被推广、应用。
Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of rivaroxaban in anticoagulation therapy after catheter ablation of atrial fibrillation.Methods Selection of catheter ablation treated in our hospital 74 cases of patients with atrial fibrillation,selection for January 2018-January 2019,patients randomly divided into control group(37 cases)and observation group(37 cases)and control group patients receiving warfarin for anticoagulation after surgery,observation group of patients in postoperative accept cut class with anticoagulant,the incidence of bleeding,Observe the incidence of bleeding,INR and transient ischemia,peripheral embolism,ischemic encephalopathy and other adverse reactions before and after treatment.Results The incidence of bleeding in the observation group was 5.41%during treatment,which was significantly lower than that in the control group.After treatment,the INR of the two groups of patients was higher than before treatment,and the INR of the observation group was(2.63±0.25),higher than that of the control group(1.91±0.17),the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment in the observation group was 2.70%,and the difference was not statistically significant compared with that in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Rivaroxaban anticoagulation after catheter ablation can effectively reduce adverse reactions and bleeding and improve INR in patients with atrial fibrillation,which is worthy of promotion and application.
