摘要 谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)是谷胱甘肽代谢过程中的关键酶之一,广泛分布于人体各组织器官中,主要参与细胞氧化还原调控、炎性反应等过程。近年来大量的研究证明了血清GGT水平升高与高血压、冠心病、脑卒中、心律失常等心血管疾病(CVD)相关,本文简述了血清GGT水平与CVD相关性,指出血清GGT水平与CVD发生、发展及患者预后密切相关。 Gamma-glutamyl transferase(GGT),as one of the key enzymes in glutathione metabolism,is widely distributed in various tissues and organs of human body,and GGT is involved in cell redox regulation,inflammation and so on.In recent years,a large number of studies have proved that,the increasing of serum GGT is related to cardiovascular diseases(CVD)such as hypertension,coronary heart disease,stroke,arrhythmia.This paper reviewed the research progress on the relationship of serum GGT and CVD,and pointed out that serum GGT level was closely related to the occurrence and development of CVD and the prognosis of patients.
