摘要
基于脑肠轴互动理论,探讨选择作用于肠神经系统而中枢神经刺激少的药物如普卢卡必利、雷莫司琼和抗抑郁药物治疗肠易激综合征(irritable bowel syndrome,IBS)的有效性和安全性,并从中医专家用药经验、中医临床研究方面阐述IBS的治疗进展。
Based on the interaction theory of brain-gut axis,the article describes the efficacy and the safety of the drugs including prucalopride,Ramosetron,and antidepressants in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)which acted on enteric nervous system with less stimulation on central nerve,and illustrates therapeutic progress of IBS from TCM experts’administration experience and TCM clinical study.
