摘要
针对目前不等半径叠加阀片尚无通用解析计算式的问题,根据不等半径叠加阀片的力学模型,利用其边界约束条件和连续性条件,得到其弯曲变形微分方程通解,从而得到变形解析式。通过实例解析计算与ANSYS仿真进行对比验证,解析计算与仿真结果的相对偏差在1%左右,结果表明,所建立的不等半径叠加阀片的弯曲变形解析计算方法是准确可靠的。
At present, there is no general analytical calculation formula for the different radius superposition valve plates. Based on mechanics model of different radius superposition valve plates, the differential equation solution is obtained by boundary constraint and the continuity condition, and the deformation analytical formula at any radius is obtained. The comparison of the example analysis calculation with ANSYS simulation indicates that the relative deviation between analytical calculation and simulation results is about 1%. The results show the deformation analytic computation method of different radius superposition valve plates is accurate and reliable.
