摘要
随着城镇化高速发展的步伐,我国现阶段在城市排水系统的建设中取得了很大成效。然而,过度开发和建设带来的硬质铺装多等问题,导致下垫面过度硬化,不仅改变和破坏了城市的自然生态本底,同时还带来了洪涝灾害等问题,导致传统城市排水系统的排水能力受到挑战。因此,健康及完善的城市排水系统至关重要。在城市化建设空间的控规下,可以通过把“海绵城市”的理念融入城市排水系统的方式,来提升现状单一的城市排水系统:在排水系统中建设低影响开发设施,促进水资源循环利用,有效地应对环境变化和不同类型的雨洪事件,同时实现雨水在城市中的自由迁徙。以青海省西宁市海绵城市试点区为例,对“海绵城市”雨洪管理理念在西北地区的应用进行探讨。
With the rapid development of urbanization,the great achievements have been made in the construction of urban drainage system at this stage in China.However,many problems of hard pavement brought by the excessive development and construction lead to the excessive hardening of underlying surface,which not only change and destroy the natural ecological background of a city,but also bring the flood disasters.In the result,the drainage capacity of the traditional urban drainage system is challenged.Therefore,the health and perfected urban drainage system is very important.Under the control of urbanization construction space,the idea of"sponge city"can be integrated into the mode of urban drainage system in order to upgrade the current single urban drainage system.The construction of low-impact development facilities in the drainage system can promote the recycling of water resources,effectively response to the environmental change and the different types of rainfall flood events,and at the same time,realize the free migration of rainwater in city.Based on an example of the sponge city experimental area in Xining City of Qinghai Province,the application of the"sponge city"rainfall flood management idea in the northwest region is discussed.
