摘要
舌象能够反映人体脏腑虚实,气血阴阳盛衰与邪正强弱,也能反映个体体质的发展变化。通过阅读大量文献,结合周岳君教授经验,发现气虚质人群常见舌象特征主要表现在舌色、舌形和舌苔上,舌色以淡红舌、淡白舌为主,舌形以齿痕舌、胖大舌为主,舌苔以薄白苔为主。文章通过探讨气虚质舌象特征表现及形成机制,从而更好地指导和预防临床疾病。
The tongue image can reflect the deficiency and excess of internal organs,the rise and fall of yin and yang of qi and blood,the strength of evil and positive,as well as the development and change of individual constitution.Through reading a large number of literatures and combining with the experience of ZHOU Yue-jun,it found that the common tongue image characteristics of people with qi deficiency were mainly reflected in tongue color,tongue shape and tongue coating.Tongue color was mainly light red tongue and light white tongue.The tongue shape was mainly teeth mark tongue and fat big tongue.The tongue coating was mainly thin white coating.This paper discussed the characteristics and formation mechanism of tongue image of qi deficiency and quality,so as to better guide and prevent clinical diseases.
