摘要
设计一种新型桥下伸缩型桁架检修车,应用SAP2000有限元软件对该检修车在不同工况下的力学性能进行分析。分析结果表明:在最不利荷载的作用下,支座最大反力为65.16 kN,完全能够满足各连接处的螺栓强度要求;当检修车全收缩时,主桁架节点位移达到最大(16.62 mm),符合设计要求。通过软件刚度校核,桁架杆件的最大应力比为0.406,低于规范要求的最大应力比,表明检修车的结构强度在设计允许范围之内。
A new inspection vehicle for telescopic truss under bridge is proposed in this paper.The SAP2000 finite element software is used to analyze and calculate the mechanical properties of the vehicle under different working conditions.The results show that under the action of the most adverse load,the maximum bearing reaction force is 65.16 kN,which can fully meet the requirements of bolt strength at each connection.When the inspection vehicle contracts completely,the displacement of the main truss node reaches the maximum 16.62 mm,which meets the design requirements.Through software stiffness check,the maximum stress ratio of truss members is 0.406,which is lower than the maximum stress ratio stipulated by the code,and the strength of inspection vehicle is within the allowable range of design.
