摘要
营造局部热环境可在较低能耗条件下有效改善人员热舒适性,也易于满足人员的个性化热环境需求。有关个体热舒适的研究较多,主要针对办公、睡眠等轻度体力活动环境,对从事体力活动的车间厂房内局部热环境的研究较少。本文通过实验模拟冬季无集中供暖的企业车间内常见的温度及体力活动,研究加热足垫对人员热感觉、热舒适、皮肤温度以及工作效率等的影响。实验结果发现:局部加热足垫可显著提高人员的足部热感觉、整体热感觉及热舒适;足部热感觉与整体热感觉呈显著相关性;当足部热感觉投票为1.0左右时,整体热感觉处于热中性状态;随着整体热感觉和热舒适的提高,工作效率也明显提高。
Creating local thermal environment can effectively improve people’s thermal comfort with low energy cost.With localized thermal environment,individual thermal comfort can be easily achieved.There are a large number of researches about individual thermal comfort,which mainly focus on office,sleeping and other light activity environment.There are few researches studied the effect of local thermal environment on thermal comfort of workers who engage in physical labor.In this paper,normal temperatures and physical activities in the workshop without central heating were simulated in experiments.By using foot heating pads in different conditions,subjects’ thermal sensation,thermal comfort,skin temperature and work efficiency were collected and measured.The results shows that local heating pad can significantly improve overall thermal sensation,local thermal sensation of the feet and thermal comfort.The thermal sensation of feet is significantly correlated with the overall thermal sensation.When the thermal sensation vote of feet was about 1.0,the overall thermal sensation would be in thermal neutral state.With the improvement of overall thermal sensation and thermal comfort, the work efficiency is also significantly increased.
