摘要
美国生态环境的表面繁荣以及当前中美两国生态环境的整体差距是事实,但这种表面的横向比较忽视了生态治理背后的历程和逻辑。从危机成因、治理措施以及治理效果三个贯穿的过程维度对中美生态治理进行历史的、深入的、全面的比较,才能形塑具有中国特色而非服膺资本逻辑的生态认知,在廓清瘴雾中为中国生态实践注入强大的思想动力,才能真正掌握美国生态治理的本质,进而充分肯定中国特色社会主义生态文明建设的伟大成就和光明前景。
The surface prosperity of ecological governance in the United States and the ecological environmental overall gap between China and the United States are facts.However,the horizontal superficial comparison neglects the course and logic behind ecological governance.Therefore,the historical,in-depth and comprehensive comparison of ecological governance between China and the United States should be made from three continuous dimensions including crisis causes,governance measures and governance effects.And then,we can form the ecological cognition with Chinese characteristics rather than obeying capital logic and inject a strong ideological impetus into the construction of socialist ecological civilization by clearing understanding error.What’s more,it can help us truly grasp the essence of American ecological governance,and fully affirm the great achievements and bright prospects of socialist ecological civilization construction with Chinese characteristics.
