摘要
本试验旨在研究贮存时间和贮存温度对种蛋孵化效果的影响。以1600枚36周龄的合格种蛋为试验素材,分别在15℃和25℃的贮存温度条件下(相对湿度为65%),将贮存时间0、1、2、3周的种蛋置于同台孵化机进行人工孵化,测定分析入孵种蛋受精率、受精蛋孵化率及入孵蛋孵化率。结果表明:随着贮存时间的延长,种蛋受精率、受精蛋孵化率及入孵蛋孵化率显著降低(P<0.05);种蛋贮存温度为15℃时,贮存1周不影响种蛋孵化效果(P>0.05),贮存2周对种蛋孵化效果影响显著(P<0.05),贮存期超过2周种蛋孵化效果下降严重(P<0.01);种蛋贮存温度为25℃时,1周内的种蛋孵化效果随着贮存时间的延长下降显著(P<0.05),贮存期超过1周的种蛋孵化效果极显著下降(P<0.01)。随着鸭蛋贮存时间的延长,其孵化效果显著下降,贮存温度达到15℃时,种蛋贮存不宜超过2周,贮存温度达到25℃时,种蛋贮存不宜超过1周。
The purpose of this experiment is to study the effects of storage time and temperature on the hatchability of eggs.1600 qualified eggs of 36 week old Jinling White Duck were used as test materials.The eggs stored for 0,1,2 and 3 weeks were incubated in the same incubator at 15℃and 25℃respectively(relative humidity 65%).The sperm receiving rate,fertilized egg hatching rate and hatching rate of the eggs were measured and analyzed.The results showed that with the prolongation of storage time,the fertilization rate,hatchability rate and hatchability rate of fertilized eggs decreased significantly(P<0.05),when the storage temperature of eggs was 15℃,the hatchability effect of eggs was not affected within one week of storage(P>0.05),the hatchability effect of eggs was significantly affected within two weeks of storage(P<0.05),and the hatchability effect of eggs over two weeks decreased significantly(P<0.01),When the storage temperature was 25℃,the hatching effect decreased significantly(P<0.05)with the prolongation of storage time in one week,and the hatching effect decreased significantly(P<0.01)when the storage time was more than one week.With the prolongation of storage time,the incubation effect of duck eggs decreased significantly.When the storage temperature was 15℃,the storage time of duck eggs should not exceed 2 weeks,and when the storage temperature was 25℃,the storage time of duck eggs should not exceed 1 week.
