摘要
目的探讨中医护理干预对减少肺癌患者化疗不良反应的效果。方法选取收治的90例肺癌患者作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法分为2组(n=43),对2组患者都实施化疗后,对照组患者进行常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上再行中医护理措施干预,对比2组的不良反应及护理前后的心理状态。结果研究组的不良反应均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组护理前的HAMD和HAMA评分水平无明显差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05),经过护理干预后,研究组的2项评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医护理干预对减少肺癌患者化疗不良反应的效果是显著有效的,值得在临床上推广。
Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on reducing adverse reactions of chemotherapy in patients with lung cancer.Methods Ninety patients with lung cancer in our hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by random number table,with 43 cases in each group.After chemotherapy,the patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and the patients in the study group were given traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention.The adverse reactions and psychological state before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The adverse reactions in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in HAMD and HAMA scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing intervention,the two scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention is effective in reducing adverse reactions of chemotherapy in patients with lung cancer,and it is worth popularizing in clinic.
