摘要
在三维料仓实验装置上通过改变煤粉的含水率,对料仓出料过程中的流动特性和应力分布特性进行研究。结果表明:随着含水率的增加,煤粉的黏聚力和内摩擦角增大,流动函数减小,从容易流动的粉体变为不易流动的黏性粉体。含水率为2.1%的无烟煤在料仓中呈现出整体流型,流动性良好、出料平稳,质量流率为0.33 kg/s左右,具有良好的重复性和稳定性。随着含水率的增加,出料流型由稳定性较好的整体流变为流动性较差的中心流,并出现结拱现象,无烟煤出料时的质量曲线波动变大,结拱和流动停滞次数增加,出料时间延长。粉体在出料过程时,随着含水率的增加,料仓壁面应力减小,超压幅度减小。
At the three-dimensional hopper, the flow characteristics and wall normal stress distribution characteristics were examined by changing the moisture content of pulverized coal. The results indicated that with the moisture content increases, the flowability of powder became worse. The cohesive force of the powder and the internal friction angle increases and the flow function of the powder decreases with the increasing of moisture content. Anthracite with a moisture content of 2.1% exhibited an overall flow pattern in the hopper, with well flowability and stable diacharge. And the mass flow rate is about 0.33 kg/s, with good repeatability and stability. With the increase of moisture content, the flow patterns of discharge changes from an overall flow with better stability to a central flow with worse flowability, and the mass curve of the anthracite fluctuated sharply. The number of arching and flow stagnation increases and the discharge time is extended. With the increase of moisture content, the normal stress of the silo decreases and the overpressure coefficient decreases.
