摘要
为了减少铁水运输过程中的温度降低,梅钢公司从耐材内衬设计上提出了两种针对性实施方案,并进行试验跟踪,测量外壳温度,总体效果良好,达到科研目的。同时从温度检测角度,建立温度跟踪系统,实现了在线预警以及事后分析、总结。
In order to reduce the temperature drop of molten iron in the torpedo car during transport temperature, meishan steel company has put forward two schemes in terms for the design of refractory lining, and carried out the test tracking. The overall effect is good, achieving the scientific research purpose. Meanwhile, from the perspective of temperature detection, the temperature tracking system was established, realizing the online warning, postmortem analysis and summary.
