This paper introduces the concept of TCO(total cost of ownership)which is suitable for automobile field,and introduces a TCO analysis method based on automobile users.Through the application case of TCO analysis method in automobile commodity planning,it shows specific analysis and calculation method of TCO and its function,providing reference for the subsequent automobile commodity planning.
