通过组建中台队伍,支撑线上和线下销售的一体化、集约化、互联网化的订单管理,线上线下各类型业务按照自动化体系流转,对各渠道来源订单标准化,对订单信息进行有效的归集,支撑订单管理的一点看全,订单流转情况更加透明化,提升用户感知;提升用户体验,实现线上线下有效协同,提高运营效率。
Through the establishment of a team in the middle of the platform, support online and offline sales of integrated, intensive, internet-based order management, online and offline various types of business flow in accordance with the automated system, the standardization of orders from various channels, order information is effectively aggregated to support order management,order flow more transparent, enhance user perception,enhance user experience,achieve online and offline effective coordination,improve operational efficiency.
