摘要
在工业管道定期检验过程中,渗透检测技术在某些结构复杂的部位的表面缺陷检测中具有不可替代的作用.文章通过丰富的压力管道检验经验,总结归纳了工业管道定期检验时,采用溶剂去除型检测时应控制的关键因素,并通过实例论证其可靠性.
In the regular inspection process of industrial pipelines,the penetration detection technology has an irreplaceable role in the detection of surface defects in some complex structures.Based on rich experience in pressure pipeline inspection,the author summarizes and summarizes the key factors that should be controlled when using solvent-removing testing during industrial pipeline periodic inspection,and demonstrates its reliability through examples.The method in this paper has certain reference significance for pressure pipeline inspection and inspection personnel.
