常减压蒸馏装置降低常压塔过汽化率实现降本增效

Reducing Over Vaporization Rate of Atmospheric Tower in Atmospheric and Vacuum Distillation Unit to Achieve Cost Reduction and Efficiency Increase

摘要 针对独山子石化1000×10^4t/a常减压蒸馏装置常压塔过汽化率高,装置能耗损失大的问题,对装置过汽化率的影响因素进行分析,发现存在可调不可调两种因素,不可调因素如原油种类和加工方案等,过汽化率的可调因素中,最主要的是常压塔进料温度,其次是常压塔中段回流量和常压塔塔底汽提蒸汽流量。经过核算得出常压塔的过汽化率为5.9%,而同类装置过汽化率一般为2%~5%,该常压塔过汽化率过高。制定方案,降低常压炉出口温度至356℃,降低常二中回流量至515t/h,降低常压塔塔底吹汽流量至4.7t/h,通过以上措施,常压塔的过汽化率由5.9%降至2.95%,装置混合柴油质量未受影响。实现降低瓦斯消耗量0.16t/h,一年增效约109.35万元;降低0.4MPa汽提蒸汽耗量2.7t/h,降低能耗0.23kgEO/t原油,一年增效约200.82万元,合计全年实现增加经济效益310.17万元/a。 The high over vaporization rate of atmospheric tower in the 10.0 Mt/a Atmospheric and Vacuum Distillation Unit in Dushanzi resulted in high loss of energy consumption of the unit.The factors influencing the over vaporization rate of atmospheric tower were analyzed,and it was found that there are adjustable factors and non-adjustable factors.Non-adjustable factors include crude oil category and processing scheme.A-mong the adjustable factors,the most important is the feed temperature of atmospheric tower,followed by the pump rounds and the bottom stripping steam flow.The over vaporization rate of the atmospheric tower was calculated to be 5.9%,higher than the over vaporization rate of similar units which is generally between 2%and 5%.Some measures were developed including reducing the outlet temperature of atmospheric furnace to 356℃,reducing the second pump around of atmospheric tower from 631 t/h to 515 t/h,and reducing the bottom stripping steam flow from 7.4 t/h to 4.7 t/h.By taking these measures,the over vaporization rate of the atmospheric tower was reduced from 5.9% to 2.95% without affecting the quality of mixed diesel product of the unit,the gas consumption was reduced by 0.16 t/h to achieve an annual efficiency increase of about 1.0935 million yuan,and the 0.4 MPa stripping steam consumption was reduced by 2.7 t/h and the energy consumption was reduced by 0.23 kg EO/t crude oil to achieve an annual efficiency increase of about 2.0082 million yuan.In total,the economic benefit was increased by 3.1017 million yuan annually.
