泸州纳西区清溪河—马庙水库—野鹿溪河水系连通工程中关于调水方案的探究

摘要 在调水工程项目勘测设计过程中,输水方式、输水路线的选择确定对工程的建设难度、安全性、工程投资以及后期运行管护费用等多方面具有较大影响。文章以“泸州纳西区清溪河—马庙水库—野鹿溪河水系连通工程”为例,通过此工程输水方式及线路选择方案的比选,重在说明方案确定需比选和优化的过程及意义,以及它们对工程建设及投资所产生的影响,为其他类似的调水工程方案设计提供参考。 The selection and determination of water conveyance mode and water conveyance route have a great influence on the construction difficulty,safety,project investment and the cost of post operation and maintenance,etc.in the process of investigation and design of water diversion projects.Based on“River System Connection Project of Qingxi River-Mamiao Reservoir-Yeluxi River in Naxi District of Luzhou”as an example,the process and significance of requiring comparison and optimization in scheme determination,and their influence on project construction and investment are mainly described through the comparison of project water conveyance mode and route selection plans,thereby providing reference for designing other similar water diversion project plans.
