摘要
以15份省内外优质水稻种质为试验材料,进行了低温胁迫下水稻发芽期、芽期耐冷性鉴定,从中挑选出5个耐冷性较强的品种进行苗期、分蘖期、减数分裂期、灌浆结实期保护酶活性的差异比较。结果表明:龙稻18、九稻68、通禾66、吉粳511在发芽期耐冷性较强,上育397、吉粳809在芽期耐冷性较强。不同品种在不同生育时期抗氧化酶活性表现不同,其中,吉粳511在苗期和灌浆结实期酶活性较高,通育266在分蘖期和灌浆结实期酶活性较高,龙稻18在减数分裂期酶活性较高;各试验品种的酶活性随生育进程整体表现出先升后降的趋势。
Using 15 high-quality rice germplasms in and outside Jilin Province as materials,the cold tolerance of rice during germination and budding was evaluated under low temperature stress.Five cold tolerant varieties were selected and,the activities of protective enzymes in seedling stage,regreening tillering stage,meiosis stage and filling stage were determined.The results showed that Longdao 18,Jiudao 68,Tonghe 66 and Jijing 511 had strong cold tolerance during germination whereas Shangyu 397 and Jijing 809 had stronger cold tolerance at budding stage compared with other varieties.In different stages,the enzyme activity of Jijing 511 was stronger at the seedling stage and filling stage,the activity of Tongyu 266 enzyme was stronger at the tillering stage and filling stage,and the activity of Longdao 18 at the meiosis stage was stronger.The enzyme activity for each of varieties increased first and then decreased with the progress of the period.
