摘要
新世纪以来,农村经济发展取得了显著的成效,成为解决三农问题、实现广大农村农民致富的主要路径。在发展模式上,坚持以农村集体经济为主导,充分利用当地资源和特色发展出农业生态旅游模式、庭院循环发展模式、乡村旅游与农村经济复合发展模式等。在发展战略与方式等方面,大多都因地制宜,根据本地特色资源,依托科学技术和互联网+制定本地发展战略。研究机构方面既包括中国农业部、社会科学院农村发展研究所和高校等高层研究机构,也包括大量市县和城镇的研究所。未来农村经济研究将向"顶天"和"立地"两个维度发展,既要构建中国特色经济理论,也更加贴近农村、贴近农业、贴近农民。
Through the summary, it is found that since the new century, the rural economic development has achieved remarkable results, which has become the main way to solve the problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and to achieve the prosperity of rural farmers.In terms of development mode, we should take the rural collective economy as the leading factor, make full use of local resources and characteristics to develop agricultural eco-tourism mode, courtyard recycling development mode, rural tourism and rural economic composite development mode, etc.In developing strategies and ways, most of them adjust measures to local conditions, and develop local development strategies based on local characteristics, relying on science and technology. The research institutions include not only the Ministry of Agriculture of China, the Institute of Rural Development of the Academy of Social Sciences, universities and other high-level research institutions, but also a large number of cities, countries and town research institutes. In the future, rural economic research will develop to the top and the ground. It is necessary to build the economic theory with Chinese characteristics, and to be closer to the countryside, agriculture and farmers.
