摘要 针对工业用Φ508 mmGH4710合金铸锭,设计并进行了均匀化处理试验,结合微观观察及热模拟试验,对比不同均匀化工艺,分析了均匀化机理及不同均匀化工艺的合理性。结果表明,GH4710合金经1140℃/30 h+1190℃/40 h、AC的均匀化处理后,共晶相完全回溶,MC碳化物尺寸变小,热加工塑性变好。微观分析表明,GH4710合金由于高的C、Al以及Ti含量,使得合金铸锭凝固过程中易产生元素偏析,尤其会形成大尺寸的MC碳化物及一定量的γ'+γ相的共晶相。大尺寸的MC碳化物及γ'+γ相残余会成为热变形过程塑性损伤微孔洞的源头,严重影响GH4710合金的热加工性。 For industrial GH4710 alloy ingot with diameter of Φ508 mm,the homogenization test was designed and carried out.Combined with microscopic observation and thermal simulation test,the homogenization mechanism and the rationality of different homogenization processes were analyzed by comparing different homogenization processes.The results show that the eutectic phase of GH4710 alloy is completely redissolved after homogenization of 1140℃/30 h+1190℃/40 h AC.The size of MC carbide becomes smaller and the plasticity of hot working becomes better.The microanalysis shows that the high C,Al and Ti content of the GH4710 alloy can lead to the element segregation in the solidification process of the alloy ingot.Particularly,large sized MC carbides and a certain amount of eutectic phase γ'+γ are formed.The large sized MC carbide and the γ'+γ phase residuals can be the source of the plastic-damaged micro-pores in the process of thermal deformation,the thermal workability of GH4710 alloy is seriously affected.
