摘要
通过对某电厂2号炉水冷壁鳍片开裂、包墙管鳍片开裂,拉裂管子导致的泄漏事件进行了分析,认为裂纹的原因可能是管子母材在制造、加工时存在缺陷,管道运行中自身的局部应力集中导致开裂。分析了裂纹产生的机理,提出了相应的措施以提高水冷壁管的可靠性。
This paper analyzes the leakage accidents caused by the cracking of the water-wall fin, the cracking of the cladding tube fin and the cracking of the pulled pipe of Boiler 2 in a power plant, and concludes that the cracks may be caused by the defects in the manufacturing and processing of the base material of the pipe, and the local stress concentration in the pipeline operation. The mechanism of crack generation is analyzed and the corresponding measures are put forward to improve the reliability of water-wall tube.
