摘要
气力清选装置能够有效清除农业颗粒物料中的杂质,在农业机械化生产中得到广泛应用,其性能优劣将直接影响到农业机械的作业质量。归纳总结现有气力清选装置类型、结构与特点的基础上,综述国内外气力清选技术的研究现状,并从风机布置、清选室内气固耦合研究、清选性能以及智能化四个方面对该技术的发展方向进行展望,以期为气力清选技术装备的研发与应用提供参考。
Pneumatic cleaning device can effectively remove impurities from agricultural granular materials and has a widely application in the process of agricultural mechanization production, the performance of it will directly affect the quality of agricultural machinery. In view of this, on the basis of summing up the types, structure and characteristics of the existed pneumatic cleaning devices nowadays, it was reviewed the research status of pneumatic cleaning technology at home and abroad, prospected the research and development direction of cleaning technology from the arrangement of fans in cleaning device, the further study on gas-solid coupling, the higher requirements for cleaning performance and the development in the direction of intelligence, which provides some references for the research and development and application of pneumatic cleaning technology and equipment in the future.
