摘要
现有的旋转式井壁取心工具在水平井中下入困难,还存在极端环境耐受能力低、所取岩心尺寸小、取心位置无法精确定位、取心钻头驱动效率低等问题。阐述了用于页岩气勘探的旋转式井壁取心工具的研究开发背景,总结了该工具的国内外研究进展。分析了旋转式井壁取心工具的结构特征和技术参数。根据页岩气勘探的特殊性和复杂性,分析了页岩气勘探用旋转式井壁取心工具的性能特点,提出了未来在取心钻头驱动方式、取心马达传动轴结构、取心和解卡机构、材料性能、地面监测软件等方面优化改进及发展趋势。
The existing rotary wall coring tools are difficult to run in horizontal wells,and they also have problems such as low extreme environmental tolerance,small core size,inability to accurately locate the core position,and low driving efficiency of the core bit.The research and development background of the rotary borehole coring tool used for shale gas exploration was elaborated,and the domestic and foreign research progress of the tool was summarized.The structural characteristics and technical parameters of rotary sidewall coring tool were analysed.According to the particularity and complexity of shale gas exploration,the performance characteristics of the rotary sidewall coring tool for shale gas exploration were analysed,the development trend of optimization and improvement in the driving mode of coring bit,driving shaft structure of coring motor,coring and unlocking mechanism,material performance and ground monitoring software were proposed.
