“以学为中心”导向的“热工基础”课程随堂考评模式探索 被引量:2

摘要 如何有效提高该评价指标对教师工作评价的公正、提升该评价指标对教师教学工作的正面激励和指导、最终能够帮助学生改善学习效果至关重要。"热工基础"是上海理工大学机械类本科生的一门重要的专业基础课程。该课程以研究热能的有效利用及转换与传递规律为其基本内容,在机械学科人才培养中具有重要地位。本文就"热工基础"课程授课过程中实践课程随堂考评模式的探索结果进行总结与思考,旨在不断优化教学评价体系,深入贯彻以学生发展为中心、以学生学习为中心、以学习效果为中心的教育理念。探索结果有助于激励教师不断地对自身的教学能力和教学方法进行改进、激活学生对课堂的参与度和主人翁精神,对于提高教师教学质量和学生的学习效果意义重大。 How to effectively improve the fairness of the evaluation index,how to enhance teachers'positive incentives and guidance of teaching work,and ultimately to improve their learning effect are very important."Fundamental of Thermodynamics and Heat Transfer"is an important basic course for mechanical undergraduates in University of Shanghai for Science Technology.This paper summarizes the exploratory results of the after-class evaluation method,aiming at continuously optimizing the teaching evaluation system and thoroughly implementing the educational concept of student development-centered,student learning-centered and learning effect-centered.The results of the research will help to motivate teachers to constantly improve their teaching ability and methods,activate students'participation in the class and the spirit of mastery,which is of great significance for improving teachers'teaching quality and students'learning effect.
