从一起故障看小型化对GIS灭弧室绝缘性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 局部放电是引发GIS设备绝缘故障的主要原因之一。文中结合某厂家252 kV GIS灭弧室模块的一起绝缘故障,针对该厂家制造的两种不同型号产品(原型产品和小型化产品,结构相似,尺寸和布置有所不同)的GIS灭弧室模块,建立了三维有限元电场仿真计算模型,计算了雷电冲击电压下GIS灭弧室处于分、合闸不同位置时的电场分布,量化比较了两型产品灭弧室在电场分布规律方面的差异性和相似性,并分析了灭弧室内容易发生放电击穿和沿面爬电的关键区域。通过研究,评估了小型化对GIS灭弧室绝缘性能的影响,该研究结果可为GIS产品的设计优化和运行维护提供参考。 Partial discharge is one of the main reasons for the occurrence of major faults of GIS equipment.Combined with a 252 kV GIS interrupter device with insulation failure,the two different types of GIS interrupter designed by the same manufacturer,which have the similar structure but different size and overall layout,were used to set up the 3D finite-element elec tric-field simulation model of interrupters in this paper.The electric field distribution of GIS interrupters in the opening and closing position under lightning impulse conditions are calculated,the difference and similarity of electric field distribution between the two types of products are compared,and the electric field distribution of the paths that are prone to breakdown discharge and creepage discharge are analyzed.Then the effect of miniaturization on insulation performance of GIS interrupter was evaluated,and the conclusions can provide references for the optimization and maintenance of GIS products.
