摘要
挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)的催化氧化去除被认为是有效且节能的工艺方法,而高性能非贵金属催化剂的开发是该方法有效推广的重要前提。基于双金属物种间氧化还原法,通过制备条件控制在多级孔沸石分子筛ZSM-5上负载非贵金属复合金属氧化物CoMnOx,制备得到CMZ-R1、CMZ-R2和CMZ-R3催化剂。利用XRD、N2吸附-脱附、SEM、TEM和XPS等对催化剂进行表征,考察3种催化剂催化氧化甲苯性能。结果表明,CMZ-R1催化剂具有最好的甲苯催化氧化活性,甲苯浓度400×10^-6和空速80000 mL·(g·h)^-1时,T90为258℃,表观活化能120.3 kJ·mol^-1,远优于CMZ-R2和CMZ-R3催化剂。催化剂结构及表面分析结果显示,CMZ-R1催化剂负载的CoMnOx具有片状结构和相对更多的高氧化态Co物种和低氧化态Mn物种,促进甲苯催化氧化性能的提高。
Volatile organic compounds(VOCs)elimination by catalytic oxidation was regarded as one of the most attractive processes.And high performance catalysts free of noble metal was the very important prerequisite for practical application.Herein,three CoMnOx/ZSM-5 catalysts(CMZ-R1,CMZ-R2 and CMZ-R3)were synthesized on the basis of redox precipitation method.XRD,N2 adsorption-desorption,SEM,TEM and XPS were used to investigate the physicochemical properties of as-synthesized catalysts,and the catalytic oxidation performance using toluene as the probe molecular was also evaluated.CMZ-R1 among the as-synthesized catalysts exhibited the best performance and the T90(achieving toluene conversion of 90%)and Ea(the activation energy)for CMZ-R1 were 258℃and 120.3 kJ·mol^-1,respectively,at 400×10^-6 toluene and 80000 mL·(g·h)^-1.The improved catalytic performance of CMZ-R1 could be ascribed to its plate-liked structure of CoMnOx and higher Mn3+and Co3+species,which was beneficial for its catalytic performance.
