摘要
近年来,快速发展的城市书房不仅发挥了公共文化服务功能,也在推动社会治理方面发挥了重要作用,包括彰显和促进社会公平、为基层社会治理提供平台和载体、为PPP模式提供新的实践场景、推动志愿服务事业发展等。政府和公共机构、市场主体和公民社会组织等各类社会治理主体都应将城市书房作为创新社会治理实践、参与社会治理的重要平台。
In recent years,the rapidly developing urban study has not only played a role in public cultural services,but also played an important role in promoting social governance,including highlighting and promoting social equity,providing a platform and carrier for grassroots social governance,and providing new practical scenarios for PPP models to promote the development of volunteer services.Various social governance subjects such as government and public institutions,market subjects,and civil society organizations should use urban study as an important platform for innovating social governance practices and participating in social governance.
