摘要
阿尔茨海默病是所有痴呆症中最常见的一种,严重危害着人类的心理和生理健康。在认知领域,阿尔茨海默病最先受损的是情景记忆系统。因此,探讨如何准确并有效地测量出阿尔茨海默病患者的情景记忆特征,对早期的诊断和治疗均具有借鉴意义。为此,本文介绍并述评了加利福尼亚言语学习测验、雷伊听觉言语学习测验、自由与线索选择性提示测验和蒙特利尔认知评估量表这4种常用的测量方法的施测步骤、测量指标和它们在临床诊断中的应用研究进展,以期为阿尔茨海默病的早期诊断和治疗提供帮助。
Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is the most common of all dementia,which has hurt seriously human psychological and physical health.In the field of cognition,the episodic memory system is damaged firstly for patients with AD.Therefore,for the early clinical diagnosis and treatment,it is especially necessary to explore how to accurately and effectively measure the characteristics of episodic memory of AD.For this purpose,this paper introduced and reviewed the findings for the California Verbal Learning Test,the Rey Auditory Verbal Learning Test,the Free and Cued Selective Reminding Test and the Montreal Cognitive Assessment,which are commonly used to measure episodic memory ability of AD,the evaluation procedures,measurement indicators and research progress of their application in clinical diagnosis so as to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of AD.
