摘要
体育活动是促进幼儿身心全面健康发展的重要手段。国家健康战略及人口政策调整、普惠性幼儿园发展和幼儿体质健康状况恶化等因素共同作用,使我国幼儿体育迎来了前所未有的发展机遇。现阶段制约我国幼儿体育发展的因素主要包括政策的操作性相对较弱、缺乏有效的“家园共育”平台、健康评价标准不完善、教学内容不够规范、健康档案缺失、健康管理断层、从业主体复杂、基础理论研究不深入、生活方式改变以及不当育儿观念等。提出优化幼儿体育师资队伍、建立科学的课程体系、构建幼儿体质健康促进信息化平台、加强基础理论研究等相关对策,以期共同解决幼儿体育发展所面临的阶段性难题。
Sports activities are an important means to promote the comprehensive and healthy development of children's body and mind.The combination of national health strategy,population policy adjustment,inclusive kindergarten development and deterioration of children's physical health has brought unprecedented development opportunities to China's infant sports.At present,the main factors restricting the development of infant sports in China include relatively weak policy operability,lack of effective"home-based co-education"platform,imperfect health evaluation standards,lack of scientific standards for educational content,lack of health records,health management fault,complex practitioners,lack of in-depth basic theoretical research,changes in lifestyle and inappropriate parenting concepts.It is suggested that we should optimize the teaching staff of infant physical education,establish a scientific curriculum system,build an information platform for infant physical health promotion,and strengthen basic theoretical research,so as to jointly solve the stage problems faced by the development of infant physical education activities.
