摘要
研究裂解炭黑YD在半钢子午线轮胎胎侧胶中的应用。结果表明:当裂解炭黑YD以10%~20%等量替代炭黑N550,胶料的损耗因子减小,物理性能保持同水平,胶料成本下降;当裂解炭黑YD以20%~40%等量替代炭黑N550,胶料的储能模量减小,但胶料的硬度、定伸应力和撕裂强度也减小,影响胶料的使用性能。
The application of pyrolysis carbon black YD in the sidewall compound of steel-belted radial tire was investigated. The results showed that,when YD was applied to replace 10% ~ 20% of carbon black N550 at the same weight,the loss factor of the compound decreased,the physical properties were kept at the same level,and the cost of the compound decreased. When 20%~40% of carbon black N550 was replaced,the storage modulus of the compound decreased,and the hardness,modulus and tear strength of the compound also decreased,which affected the property of the compound.
