摘要
为有效提高生菜中有机硒含量的肥料筛选和硒肥用量提供参考,进行了亚硒酸钠不同用量(10mg/kg,25mg/kg,50mg/kg)+100mg/kg腐殖酸组配的硒有机-无机复混肥对生菜的生长、外观品质、叶绿素含量以及可食用部位含硒量的影响试验。结果表明:施用硒肥对生菜生长起促进作用,随着硒肥施用量的增加,植物生长趋势良好;硒肥用量为25mg/kg时,生菜植株的外观品质、叶片数、植株重量、含硒量等指标均达最佳;硒肥中加入腐殖酸可促进植株对高浓度硒的吸收。
In order to provide a reference for screening of fertilizer and Se fertilizer application level for effectively improving organic Se content in lettuce,an experiment was conducted to explore the effects of different application levels of Se organic-inorganic compound fertilizer(10 mg/kg,25 mg/kg and 50 mg/kg sodium selenite +100 mg/kg humic acid)on growth,appearance quality,chlorophyll content and Se content in edible part of lettuce.Results:Applying Se fertilizer promoted lettuce growth,and lettuce grew better with Se fertilizer increasing;When applying 25 mg/kg Se fertilizer,the indexes of appearance quality,leaf number,plant weight and Se content in lettuce reached the best.Adding humic acid in Se fertilizer promoted high-concentration Se absorption of plants.
