摘要
以4%的醋酸溶液作为食品模拟液,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法,测定辅食剪刀中铅元素的迁移情况,实验所用的4款辅食剪刀中的3款测试结果没有达到仪器检出限,另1款剪刀铅的迁移量为8.26 mg/kg,由此推测辅食剪刀食品安全性较好。
With 4%acetic acid solution as food simulation solution,flame atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine the migration of lead in auxiliary food scissors.The test results of 3 of the 4 kinds of auxiliary food scissors used in the experiment did not reach the detection limit.The migration amount of the other 1 type was 8.26 mg/kg.The result can infer that the food safety of auxiliary food scissors is good enough.
