摘要
单层四叶搅拌桨小型搅拌釜是实验室常用反应设备。本文采用CFD数值模拟的方式,比较SST、LES两种湍流模型,采用多重参考系法对小型搅拌釜的流场进行模拟,比较不同模型的桨叶区速度场、压力场等预测结果,筛选适合小型反应釜的流场模型。
The miniature stirred reactor with single-layer and four-blades agitator is commonly used in laboratory.CFD numerical simulation is adopted in this paper,two turbulence models SST and LES are used to simulate the flow field in a miniature reactor by multiple reference frame method.Comparing the predicted results of velocity field,pressure field in blade region of different models,we screening out suitable flow field models.
