摘要
随着中国城市化的发展,许多高层建筑和一系列复杂大工程在施工中存在很多风险,如高空坠物,夏天员工中暑等,这导致安全管理和成本控制中的不确定因素增加,施工风险增大,施工管理成本和效益都存在一些不可控因素。针对上述建筑工地存在的安全隐患,拟设计一款建筑工地智能安全防护装备。该设备将Arduino控制器、HC06蓝牙模块、无线通信和数据处理等技术集成于一体,形成具有脱离检测报警、温度检测仪和智能报警技术的具有安全防护、紧急呼救、健康检测功能的一款智能防护装备。
With the development of urbanization in China, many high-rise buildings and a series of complex large projects have many risks in the construction, such as falling objects from high altitude and employees suffering from heat stroke in summer, which leads to the increase of uncertainties in safety management and cost control, the increase of construction risks, and uncontrollable factors in construction management costs and benefits. A construction site intelligent safety protection equipment is designed in view of the safety hazards in the construction site mentioned above. The equipment integrates Arduino controller, HC06 bluetooth module, wireless communication, data processing and other technologies into one, forming an intelligent protective equipment with the functions of safety protection, emergency call and health detection with the disconnection detection alarm, temperature detector and intelligent alarm technology.
