摘要
国家理论是马克思主义政治哲学的重要议题,国家治理现代化理念的提出,启示我们从新的视角重新审视马克思主义经典著作中的国家思想。《法兰西内战》是马克思总结巴黎公社的宝贵经验所撰写的政治文献,其中蕴藏着丰富的国家治理理论资源。从巴黎公社的经验中,马克思找到了替代资产阶级国家的无产阶级政权组织形式,对马克思主义国家治理思想做了初步的阐释与规定。在《法兰西内战》中,马克思通过国家与市民社会之间关系的重构,完成了从国家统治到社会自治的治理理念的转变。在此基础上,马克思进一步从市民社会转向其背后的所有制批判,从唯物史观的视角找到了国家蜕变为阶级统治工具的所有制根源。《法兰西内战》中的国家治理思想为我国革命、建设和改革提供了重要的实践经验和理论基础。
State theory is an important topic of Marxist political philosophy.The idea of the modernization of state governance inspire us to re-examine the state theory in the classic works of Marxism from a new perspective.The Civil War in France is a document summarizing the valuable experience of the Paris Commune,which contains rich theoretical resources of state governance.From the experience of the Paris Commune,Marx found a form of proletarian regime that replaced the bourgeois state machine,and made a preliminary interpretation and regulation of Marxist state governance.Social self-governing is the core content of Marxist state governance thought.In the The Civil War in France,Marx completed the transformation of the governance concept from state rule to social self-governing through the reconstruction of the relationship between the state and civil society.Based on this,Marx turned to the critique of ownership behind civil society,and found the roots of state alienation from the perspective of historical materialism.The idea of state governance in the The Civil War in France provides important practical experience and theoretical basis for China’s revolution,construction and reform.
