摘要
为了研究广东省推动农药减量控害工作效果,深入分析2007~2017年广东省农药施用量的变化特征,发现影响广东省的主要因素是粮食作物播种面积和农药控制政策,《国民经济和社会发展第十一个五年规划纲要》和《2017年广东省农药使用量零增长行动实施方案》有力推动了农药减量控害工作,促进了单位面积农药有效利用率的提升。最后提出强化农药行业规划指导,认真贯彻执行新修订的《农药管理条例》和深入推进农药使用量零增长行动等有关政策建议。
The pesticide application rates in Guangdong Province, China from 2007 to 2017 were analyzed to study the effect of promotion activities in reducing pesticide for pest and disease control.The analysis showed that the pesticide application rates in Guangdong Province were mainly affected by the sown area of grain crops and pesticide control policies. Two policies, "Outline of the Eleventh Fiveyear Plan for National Economic and Social Development" and "Implementation Plan for the ZeroGrowth Action of Pesticide Application in Guangdong Province in 2017", have been effective in promoting pesticide reduction in pest and disease control and efficient utilization of pesticide per unit area. Some proposals were put forward, like strengthening of pesticide industry planning and guidance,earnest implementation of the newly-revised "Pesticide Administration Regulation", and further implementation of the zero-growth action for pesticide application.
