摘要
通过构建复合垂直流水平流人工湿地系统,以探讨该系统对低污染河水中主要污染物的去除效果。借助Illumina MiSeq高通量测序法,研究人工湿地系统中菌落结构与多样性。实验结果表明:人工湿地系统中污染物的浓度沿水流移动方向不断降低,对氨氮、TN、TP、COD的去除率分别为82.5%、84.0%、61.0%、67.9%。各湿地单元中菌落结构相似性较高,其菌落多样性和丰富度有所差异。
The pilot-testsystemof the constructed wetland of the integratedvertical flow-horizontal flow was constructed to treat the low-pollution river and discussedin the purification efficiency of the main pollutants.Thebacterial colony structure and diversity were studied using Illumina MiSeq high-throughput sequencing in the constructed wetland systems.The experimental analysis results indicated that the concentration of pollutants in the constructed wetland system is continuously reduced along the direction of water flow.the removal rates of ammonia nitrogen,TN,TP,and COD are 82.5%,84.0%,61.0%,and 67.9%,respectively.The bacterial colony structure similarity is high in each wetland unit,and the bacterial colony diversity and richness are different.
