摘要
近年来企业创新的影响因素受到了众多学者的关注,本文以企业产品市场强度、产品生命周期作为研究维度,分析了薪酬差距对企业创新的影响。研究表明:高管-员工薪酬差距对企业创新存在正向激励的影响,但会在企业生命周期动态迭代的进程中表现出差异。同时,市场竞争强度加剧了薪酬差距对企业创新的激励作用。本研究的意义在于更好地阐述了薪酬差距与企业创新的之间的关系,同时有利于协调相关部门政策思路的制定和管理。
In recent years, the influencing factors of the corporate innovation have attracted more attention from scholars. This paper takes the market competition intensity and the product life cycle of enterprises as the research dimensions, and analyzes the impact of the compensation gap on the corporate innovation. Research results show that the executive-employee compensation gap has a positive incentive influence on the corporate innovation,but differences occur in the dynamic development ofenterprises’ life cycle.In addition, the incentive effect of the compensation gap on enterprises’ innovation will be strengthened by the intensity of the market competition. The significance of this study is to better explain the relationship between the compensation gap and the corporate innovation, so that investors have a deeper understanding of the corporate innovation and better investment activities, and at the same time, it is conducive to coordinate the formulation and management of relevant departments’ policies.
