摘要
针对不需要滚动控制的旋转式导弹而言,采用双通道舵机控制是一种有效提升弹体控制效率的布局形式,即结构上通过两对互相垂直安装的舵机来控制导弹的姿态。传统舵机所采用的导电塑料电位器、旋转变压器等位置测量元件往往需要额外的硬件电路对采集信号进行适配处理才能得到可供DSP芯片使用的数字信号,降低了系统可靠性,且不利于空间布局需要。通过引入数字电位计的CAN总线通信传输舵机位置信息,去除了冗余的处理电路,适应了舵机数字化、轻小型化发展。该方法已得到了实物试验验证,结果表明,所设计的数字舵机控制系统可以满足指标要求。
Aiming at revolving missile with no need for roll control,actuator control used for double-channel is a favourable format to improve missile’s efficiency,which is to control space motion of missile by two pairs of rudders mounted vertically.In order to obtain digital signals used by DSP,measurement element,such as conductive plastic potentionmeter and rotary,need extra hardware processing circuit to adapt,which reduced system reliability and make against with layout.By the introduction of digital potentionmeter exporting position information via can bus,the position information can enter processor without redundancy circuit directly,adjusting to development of digitization and portability.The method was proved by full-scale test,and the experimental results show that the designed actuator control system can meet requirement of technical criteria.
