摘要
构建人类命运共同体,是习近平总书记在正确把握时代潮流、应对世界大变局、解决当今世界主要矛盾、坚持人民主体地位的基础上提出的中国理念和中国方案。其理论资源是马克思主义关于世界历史的思想、新中国不同时期的重大外交思想和主张、中华优秀传统文化和人类文明优秀成果。其理论体系包括:以当今世界生产力与生产关系的矛盾运动和国际关系的演变规律为研究对象,以维护世界和平、推动世界发展为主题,以服务民族复兴、促进人类进步为主线,以世界百年未有之大变局为逻辑起点,以“建设持久和平、普遍安全、共同繁荣、开放包容、清洁美丽的世界”为理论内核。其中国实践在于“七个”坚持:坚持做好自己的事情,走出适合中国国情的发展道路;坚持走和平发展道路,坚定维护国际和平安全,推动建设相互尊重、公平正义、合作共赢的新型国际关系;坚持共商共建共享的全球治理观,积极参与全球治理体系改革和建设,推动国际政治经济秩序朝着更加公正合理的方向发展;坚持平等、互鉴、对话、包容的文明观,促进互学互鉴的人文交流;坚持扩大对外开放,推动建设开放型世界经济,引导经济全球化健康发展;坚持建设生态文明,努力构建人与自然和谐相处的美丽家园;坚持开放、绿色、廉洁理念,秉持共商共建共享原则,推动共建“一带一路”沿着高质量发展方向不断前进。
Building a community with a shared future for mankind is the Chinese concept and plan put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping on the basis of correctly grasping the trend of the times,coping with major changes in the world,resolving major conflicts in today's world and upholding the principal role of the people.Its theoretical resources are the Marxist thought on world history,the major diplomatic thoughts and propositions of new China in different periods,and the outstanding achievements of Chinese traditional culture and human civilization.Its theoretical system includes:taking the contradictory movement of productivity and production relations in the world today and the evolution laws of international relations as research objects,focusing on the theme of maintaining world peace and promoting world development,serving the nation’s rejuvenation and promoting human progress as the main line,making the unprecedented change as the logical starting point,regarding“building a world of lasting peace,universal security,common prosperity,openness,inclusiveness,cleanliness and beauty”as the theoretical core.Its Chinese practice lies in the“seven”adherences,that is,adhere to doing one’s own thing,exploring a development path suitable for China's national conditions;adhere to the path of peaceful development,firmly upholding international peace and security,and promoting a new type of international relations featuring mutual respect,fairness,justice and win-win cooperation;adhere to the vision of global governance featuring extensive consultation,joint contribution and shared benefits,taking an active part in the reform and development of the global governance system,and working to make the international political and economic order more just and equitable;adhere to the concept of civilizations of equality,mutual learning,dialogue and inclusiveness,promoting humanities exchanges of mutual learning and mutual reference;adhere to expanding opening to the outside world,promoting the building of an open world
