同忻煤矿智能化装车系统技术改造实践应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了解决同忻煤矿装车系统无法满足日益增大的装车量的问题,针对装车系统的给料系统、溜槽结构等,采用PLC冗余设计、二维码、一键启停等技术,开展了装车系统智能化控制能力的改进设计。现场应用测试结果表明,改进后装车系统更能满足装车量要求,与传统装车系统相比,总体智能化程度更高,自动化控制能力更强,系统性能更加稳定、可靠,且装车系统的装车量提高了将近30%左右,大大提高了系统的生产效率和作业安全性,所带来的经济效益显著。 In order to solve the problem that the loading system of Tongxin Coal Mine cannot meet the increasing loading volume,aiming at the feeding system and chute structure of the loading system,PLC redundancy design,two-dimensional code,one key start and stop and other technologies were adopted to improve the intelligent control ability of the loading system.The field test results show that the improved loading system can better meet the loading requirements.Compared with the traditional loading system,the improved system has higher overall intelligence,stronger automatic control ability,more stable and reliable system performance,and the loading volume of the loading system has increased by nearly 30%,greatly improving the production efficiency and operation safety of the system,bringing significant economic benefits.
