An Exploration on Chinese Image Poetics on the Basis of Generative Theory

摘要 中国意象诗学之直觉想象而以形媚道原理的历史生成,有赖于诗画艺术相生互补的发生与发展机制。缘乎"意象"范畴问世之际文学自觉兼有视觉艺术自觉的大语境,"窥情风景"和"以形媚道"的核心理念,合力造就了中国意象诗学原理的历史发生。继而,在晋唐山水诗的高度成熟和山水画的古体转型基础上,王昌龄诗美三境说和司空图诗学两点论的递进思维,建构起兼容"了然境象"与"象外之象"的诗画复合艺术理想。进境于宋型文化时代,以"状溢目前"为大前提的"禁体物语"诗学新尝试,以"真山之法"为超越对象的"以大观小"绘画透视法,共同体现出有法可循而又富有否定超越机制的意象诗学技法论。 The historical generation ofthe intuitive imagination and the principle of natural shaping adapted to Dao(以形媚道) in Chinese image poetics, is dependent on the occurrence and development mechanisms of the mutual generation and complement between poetry and painting. When the category of "image"(意象) came into being, literary consciousness had the context of visual art consciousness. And the core concepts of "peeping into whatever realities as might lie behind a scene in nature"(窥情风景) and "natural shaping adapted to Dao" led to the historical occurrence of the principles of Chinese image poetics in a joint effort. Then, on the basis of the high maturity of landscape poems and the transformation of the ancient style of landscape paintingsin the Jin and Tang Dynasties, the progressive thinking of Wang Changling’s(王昌龄)poeticaesthetictheory of "object imagery(物境), emotional imagery(情境)and mind imagery(意境)"(诗美三境说),and SikongTu’s(司空图)poetictheory of "thinking(思) and mind imagery"(诗学两点论),shaped an ideal of poetic and painting composite art that is compatible with "clear imagery"(了然境象) and "the image beyond an image"(象外之象). In the era of the Song-style culture, the new poeticattempt "to prohibit from using specific words to describe things"(禁体物语) under the prerequisite of "fully displaying the described things before readers"(状溢目前),together with the painting perspective of "observing small objects from the spatial perspective"(以大观小) beyond the "the way to observe real mountains"(真山之法), embodied the theory of image poetic techniquewhich had its law to follow and its mechanism to negate transcendence.
