摘要
当前,高职校企合作生产性实训基地绩效评价存在不足,主要表现为绩效评价内容不全面,绩效评价指标设计不科学,缺少绩效评价反馈机制。为改进这些不足,坚持全面性、科学性、可操作性、定性与定量评价原则,从实训基地规划、建设、影响力、管理、相关主体评价五方面设计绩效评价体系,共36个指标。并注重年度考核与评价,推动实训基地不断完善,建立相应的反馈机制,可为生产性实训基地绩效评价提供启示与借鉴。
At present,the performance evaluation of vocational school-enterprise cooperative productive training bases is inadequate,mainly due to incomplete performance evaluation content,unscientific design of performance evaluation indicators,and lack of performance evaluation feedback mechanisms.In order to improve these deficiencies,adhere to the principles of comprehensiveness,scientific,operability,qualitative and quantitative evaluation,and design a performance evaluation system from five aspects of training base planning,construction,influence,management,and evaluation of relevant subjects,with a total of 36 indicators.It also pays attention to the annual assessment and evaluation,promotes the continuous improvement of the training base,and establishes a corresponding feedback mechanism,which can provide inspiration and reference for the performance evaluation of the productive training base.
