露地春茬西兰花栽培技术

摘要 西兰花是日常餐桌上常见的蔬菜品种,具有营养丰富、养分含量高的特点,富含蛋白质、糖、脂肪、维生素以及多种胡萝卜素,蛋白质含量是同类菜花的2倍。西兰花加工简单,风味清香,被誉为蔬菜皇冠。西兰花还富含抗坏血酸,可以显著提升人体的机体免疫能力,对预防高血压、心脏病具有很好的作用,另外该种蔬菜还有利于控制糖尿病。现代医学研究结果表明,西兰花在预防某些癌症方面也具有一定的作用。本文主要结合实际工作经验,分析了露地春茬西兰花栽培技术。 Broccoli is a common vegetable variety on our daily table.It is rich in nutrients and high in nutrient content.It is also rich in protein,sugar,fat,vitamins and various carotenoids in broccoli.Twice as much protein as cauliflower.Broccoli is easy to process and has a fragrant flavor.It is known as the vegetable crown.At the same time,the broccoli is also rich in ascorbic acid,which can significantly improve the body's immunity,and has a good effect on preventing hypertension and heart disease.In addition,the vegetable is also beneficial for controlling diabetes.The results of modern medical research show that broccoli also plays a certain role in the prevention of certain cancers,and has become an indispensable vegetable variety on our daily table.This paper mainly analyzes the cultivation techniques of broccoli in the open field with the combination of practical work experience.
