摘要
简要介绍了厨房家具常用的厨柜,分析了各种厨柜中甲醛释放量的来源和危害;对国内外厨房家具中甲醛释放量常用的各种检测方法进行阐述,重点对干燥器法和气候箱法收集甲醛的特点进行比较和分析,结果表明,检测厨柜中甲醛释放量的检测方法有统一采用气候箱法检测的发展趋势。此外,还对甲醛的乙酰丙酮法、酚试剂法、色谱法等定量分析方法进行比较,综合分析表明,酚试剂法检测限低、准确度高,适用于甲醛含量低的厨柜;乙酰丙酮法检测性能稳定、重复性好,适用于甲醛含量适中的厨柜;色谱法适用于大批量的样品,检测效率高。通过对厨柜中甲醛释放量的各种检测方法的剖析和探讨,为更多从事家具的检测人员提供参考。
The source and harm of formaldehyde emission in the various kitchen cabinets were analyzed,the detection methods commonly used in kitchen furniture at home and abroad were discussed, the characteristics of formaldehyde collection by dryer method and chamber test method were compared, the results showed that the development trend of detection methods for formaldehyde emission in the kitchen cabinet was chamber test method. In addition, the quantitative analysis methods of formaldehyde, such as acetylacetone method, phenol reagent method and chromatography method were compared in this paper. The comprehensive analysis showed that phenol reagent method had low detection limit and high accuracy, which was suitable for cupboards with low formaldehyde content;The acetylacetone method had stable detection performance and good repeatability, which was suitable for cupboard with moderate formaldehyde content;The chromatography method was suitable for large quantities of samples with high detection efficiency. Through the analysis and discussion of various detection methods of formaldehyde emission in the kitchen cabinet, it could provide reference for more testing personnel.
