摘要
由于矿山井下环境复杂,如何实现准确、稳定地计量出矿量,一直困扰着矿山企业。研究采用基于非接触式的方法计量矿斗的出矿量。具体思路是先使用深度相机实时获取目标矿斗的深度图像,经过数据预处理后,结合数值积分的方法计算目标矿斗的体积,最后根据自建的密度-图像数据库,匹配出与目标矿斗表面图像拟合程度最高的平均密度,进而计算出矿斗的载矿量。研究表明:这种基于深度图像的矿斗载矿量的计量方法,不仅可以改进矿山企业运矿环节的工艺流程,还可以降低企业的生产风险,提高矿山企业的生产效益。
Due to the complex underground environment in the mine,how to achieve accurate and stable measurement of ore output has been a problem for mining enterprises.The study used a non-contact based method to de-measure the output of the bucket.The specific idea is to first use the depth camera to obtain the depth image of the target bucket in real time,after the data pre-processing,combined with the numerical integration method to calculate the volume of the target bucket,and finally based on the self-built density-image database,match the average density with the highest degree of fit to the surface image of the target bucket,and then calculate the load of the bucket.The study shows that this kind of measurement method based on the depth image of the mine bucket load can not only improve the process flow of the mine enterprise transporting ore,but also reduce the production risk of the enterprise and improve the production efficiency of the mine enterprise.
